Nairobi to Maasai Mara Distance and how to Get There
The distance from Nairobi to Masai Mara is roughly 280km. There are two main ways of getting there: road or air. Your choice will depend on your preference, budget, and time.

One of the advantages of flying to the reserve is getting faster – the safari distance between Nairobi and Maasai Mara is reduced . Several local airlines operate Nairobi to Masai Mara flights daily from Wilson Airport. The flight from Nairobi to Masai Mara takes approximately 45 minutes.
If you are leaving for the Masai Mara right after you arrive from India, we will transfer you from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Wilson Airport for your local flight.
