Next, we look at what you should expect during the 5 Days group safari in Kenya.
Day 1: Pickup from JKIA & Transfer to Naivasha
Your Kenya itinerary 5 day tour starts with your arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). Our driver shall be at the airport at least an hour before your scheduled arrival time to welcome you to the country.
Should you find yourself landing in the morning or mid-morning, we shall include a mid-morning visit to the Giraffe center in Nairobi at an additional cost of $30 per person. You will pet, feed, and take photos with the giraffes here.
However, flights from India typically land in Nairobi in the afternoon, so you shall immediately embark on your road trip to Naivasha. The journey is likely to take one and a half hours.
On the way, enjoy views of the astonishing Rift Valley. The great rift valley is an enormous trench into the earth’s crust that runs from the Middle East, through East Africa, right down to Mozambique.
Upon arrival at Naivasha, we shall take you to your hotel for some rest dinner. If you still feel like visiting Lake Naivasha, we can add this at an additional USD 50 Per Person. This will include the visit to Crescent Island.

Day 2: Full-Day Walking and Cycling at Hell’s Gate National Park
After a wholesome breakfast, you begin day two of your 5 days in Kenya with a bike safari around Hell’s Gate National Park. The park is not known for wildlife, but you might come across a few zebras, warthogs, hartebeest, elands, gazelle, giraffes, and antelopes.
Take selfies and let these incredible creatures lurking in the background photo bomb your photos. Walking safaris are also an option while at the park, and nothing enables you to feel at one with nature like walking among the wildlife.
Later, we shall take you on an exploration of the cavernous and picturesque gorges at the park.

Day 3: Transfer to Masai Mara, Check-in, & Afternoon Cultural Tour
The third day of your Kenya itinerary 5 day tour shall be dedicated to traveling from Naivasha to Masai Mara and sampling some of its fantastic offerings. The journey takes about 6 hours, arriving at your hotel around 12:00 am to 1:00 pm. We will check you in and leave you to have lunch and rest for an hour or two.
Later in the afternoon, around 3:30 pm, you shall tour a Maasai village, where you meet one of Kenya’s culturally rich tribes. Get enthralled by this community’s nomadic heritage, which has co-existed with wildlife for centuries.
Everything about the Masai is interesting. From their red-robed dressing to their elaborate beaded jewelry and real bravery. You will learn how they make fire the traditional way, dance, and jump with them.

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive at Masai Mara with Packed Lunch
Our fourth day shall be spent exploring the rest of the Masai Mara and shall begin after breakfast for there is still plenty to see. At this point, please note that you can also take an hour-long hot air balloon ride across the savannah.
The balloon safari comes at an added cost, but it allows you to witness as the sunrise stirs the park into life. Easy to spot are the predators as they hunt for breakfast right beneath your feet.
The balloon ride is typically followed by a wholesome breakfast and a full-day game drive. Should your 5 days in Kenya coincide with the annual wildebeest migration season, you shall be treated to one of the most astonishing natural phenomena in the world.
During the migration, herds of millions of wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras, gazelles, and other herbivores cross the crocodile-infested Mara River. They migrate from the Serengeti in Tanzania to the Mara plains, spurred by their quest for greener pastures of the Mara.
Our game drive shall be punctuated by a picnic lunch which the driver shall have carried along for the trip.
